Exchange and returns 

We do not accept exchanges or returns, strictly. 

Each item ordered is custom made for you, so before ordering please ensure you have made a decision in regards to colour and size. We cannot alter the order once it has been placed. We offer custom measurements, so the coat fits exactly to you, if you are in between sizes. To make a custom measurements order please email fursbyashleighads@gmail.com . 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
